O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, And are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. (Psalm 139:1-4 NKJV)
Singing praises and surrendering my all to You O Lord with open hands and teary eyes! I praise You! I glorify Your name in all the earth! There is none like You!! May the Name that is greater than any other be reverenced and lifted up high. Flood my heart with YES to each and every thing that you ask me to say and do. Let courage be my witness and testimony; shackled no more to fear and bondage of this cruel world. I am renewed and transformed in the light of Your will, your ways and your words. Yes Lord, Yes Lord , YES YES YES! My soul, my heart cries out what words cannot utter forth from my lips. I am so thankful for the aid of the Holy Spirit to intercede on my behalf. Rest is found in Thee. Wash over me Lord as I am brought to my knees worshipping your holy name. I love you Lord! Bless me with your prescence… that’s what I long for. Hallelujah!!
Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart. (Jeremiah 24:7 NKJV)
I can’t begin to tell you how good God is. Just when we think we can get over a little bit…… NOPE! He will surely put us in our place. Sometimes His discipline may seem harsh but it is done in a loving way and it is for our own good. Trust and believe that I know this. Am I hardheaded? Yes I am and I know I’m not the only one out there who isn’t. Am I trying to become less of that way? Sure! Nothing happens overnight, but putting myself in a position to let God pilot ALONE seems to work much better. He seriously does not need a co-pilot at all!!
When we come to a time of rest on our journey the mode of prayer, reflection and regrouping seems to come into play. We know what we want to do and where we want to go spiritually…

This is a wonderful post about how to dress your best and not conforming to the world’s standards. Thank you Edith for the blessing!!
” Father God, I ask in the name of your Son Jesus that you touch the heart of those seeking you, those looking for brighter days ahead. Give them what they need to make it another day. May Your love, strength, peace and comfort be with them in the middle of their walk. Let them know that they are not alone. You are very present in their time of need. I thank you for blessing us all and giving us a new day to make a difference in how we choose to live. May it all be for Your glory. Amen. “
What a Mighty God we serve believers! The Lord is good all the time and how excellent is His name. I pray that wherever you are that you call upon Him and praise his name just because He is Who he says he IS.
This is one of those rainy days when it’s typical of me to feel drained and lacking energy but oh no! What joy the Lord has placed in my heart today for his eyes are upon his beloveds; His children. He has given me a set of of spiritual eyes and ears as well as a sensitive spirit to speak to the heart of those seeking Him. I try not to be on my on schedule everyday without consulting with the Lord first so though I thought I was going to do something else, he directed me elsewhere. Through the Word, the Holy Spirit speaking…

Believers Are Salt and Light
13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
14 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
( Matthew 5:13-16 NKJV )
We are in perilous times when our faith will be tested. Will you stand? Will you cower down and not say a word? Jesus is calling us out to keep our salt flavored and to use it; not to keep it covered or hidden. This is a mighty dark world we live in and it is not getting any better. Until our Savior comes back for us, be a light in the middle of darkness. Do not be ashamed and do not conform on any level.
HE’S NOT ASHAMED OF YOU SO PLEASE DON’T BE ASHAMED OF HIM
People are dying every day not knowing of Christ or the salvation he’s given. Those of us in Christ already know of his goodness and mercy and we can testify to that. It’s time to share in spirit and in truth amongst those who do not.
LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE!
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), (Ephesians 5:8, 9 NKJV)
