Wellspring At His Feet
Living Simply In Abundance: Passion with a purpose. The blessings in this blog is about finding biblical and practical ways to live life to the fullest through God’s eyes no matter what season you may be in. Life doesn’t have to be as hard as we make it. Encouragement through prayer, scripture and the surroundings of everyday living that is freely given to us is here…. just turn around and see the beauty in everything! You will read about various things that make me who I am and the people who have been an inspiration to me throughout my life. None of this would be possible without the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit to whom I give credit.
With guidance of the Holy Spirit, my main focus is to share my gift of encouragement with you. God has a plan for each of us. Our lives have been planned before we were even conceived. As we go through this life here on earth, we will have many decisons that we will have to make. They will not always be good, as we were born into sin. Saying and doing the right thing does not come naturally. Going to Jesus (The Living Water) for all of our needs, we will thirst no more if we partake from the well he supplies for eternity. I pray that you join me at the wellspring where we together will sit at the feet of Jesus learning from the great Teacher himself, all that we need to know to live a life full in him. We are to be in the world but not of it. Scripture says “Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are fromt this world.” (1John 2:15-16 NLT) May all that is sought after be in obedience to Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.
In Christ all things are possible……
“But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into eternal life.” (John 4:14 NKJV)
