Hello! My name is Terra and I welcome you to my blog page! I pray that you find it insightful and helpful. God has blessed me to use my talents to serve others. I am a woman after God’s heart. I strive to be thatProverbs 31woman daily. I am a wife of 22 yrs to a wonderful God- sent husband and a mother to 6 great children that I have been blessed to raise and nurture to be mighty men and women ofChrist.
First I want to give all glory and honor to Father God for planning my footsteps. Without Him I would not be able to do any of this. One scripture I hold dear to my heart is from the book of Jeremiah. And the scripture says: ” For I know the plans I have for you, ” declares the Lord,”plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV) During the course of my journey, I have grown closer to the Lord as I have been taught some incredible things. The gift of exhortation ( encouragement ) has blessed my heart just as much as those who have expressed their hearts to me. It is noone but the Lord working through me via the Holy Spirit who has imparted such words to me to share with you all. I have to give credit where it is due. To Him I give it all. I am thankful for the widsom and knowledge placed within me. What a loving God we serve. When we ask things of Him and believe with our hearts that we will receive, He will do just that.

Dear Terra what a blessing you are, I have thought of often you over the last few days with thankfulness but every time I sat down to write and let you know how grateful I was to you, once again I was distracted, I’m sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your post on LeRoy’s Blog.
Thank you were also thinking of me Terra and posting a thankyou it was indeed he melody of The Lord that prompted you to write when you did, I needed affirmation from Him and reassurance that I was not going along the wrong road in my understanding of His Truth. Yes I do know without a doubt because I asked for it that I have God’s wisdom growing in my heart but I’m still learning and have not yet been perfected in Love although I’m aiming for it as Paul did and he won the race and so will I because it is Jesus who will carry me over the finish line as He does all His Loved ones.
Like you Terra, I wish very much we could have a cuppa to sit and fellowship with one another! That would be wonderful as you said perhaps we can do it another was on the phone I have a special rate with Telstra for overseas calls.

I appreciate the lovely words and compliments. God has been so good to us. Life itself is a blessing. I agree with what you said about Paul. Continue to run your race sister. No one is perfect except Christ Himself. Though our days seemingly grow weary at times, we must press on and get a reviving dose of strength in the Lord. The race is worth the journey until we see Jesus face to face! Now that’s a love worth chasing after. He is with us always.

As you said rightly by worldly standards we cannot be perfect, we all have our weaknesses and shortcomings, I’m disabled and have a learning disability, but we can indeed be perfected in Love as we walk in Christ Jesus, in Him are we perfected to serve The King doesn’t that make your heart sing it does mine.
1John 4:16-17 And we have known and believed the Love that God hath to us. God is Love; and he that dwelleth in Love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our Love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world.

Terra…your smile is like a butterfly flying in the wind
it tells a story from the beginning to the end. Oh, father how I thank you for my sweet dear friend. She is someone I can truly trust, Oh this is a friendship that will not rust. Father, when you said ask and you shall receive, everyday of my life is like Christmas Eve. My friend Terra is so humble and meek. Always reminding me lord, your face I shall seek. Father, I never knew what a smile can do, but when I met Terra , I knew you showed me favor, and now we both say we serve a mighty SAVIOR !
When you smile Terra, it soars higher than the number seven, my friend I surely want to see you in heaven. I can only imagine how beautiful your smile is here on earth. I bet in heaven it has alot of worth. I hope now you know the value of your smile, the purpose of your gift, and the meekness in your heart. What Im trying to say I hope we never grow apart. Because I love your smile on a sunny day, and definitely, will need it on a rainy day. Its starting to get cold as far as I can tell…Can you send me a smile and put it in the mail. I am particularly touched by “Feeding the Multitude.” On my mission trips to Ukraine and Argentina I have seen first hand how the poor and destitute often go hungry. God is moving on my heart to do something about orphans and the poor, especially this year at Christmas. Don’t know where that’s going but I’m trying to stay sensitive to where God is leading me.
