Watch, listen tentatively and be still.

Exhale right now… everything else will still be there. Quiet the busyness spinning through your head.
At the end of the day (or your time set aside to spend with Him) you will realize that you actually had all that you needed to get your day started. Every little thing after that will just fit into your day as planned when He’s put first on the schedule.
