The Lord’s Provision

Good day to you one and all in the name of Christ Jesus our risen Lord and Savior! I come to you dear brethren to remind you to stand firm and unshakable for our very lives have been accounted for. Each day His provision has been made before you awake every morning.

Delight yourself in the company of the One who sustains you through every storm. Do not fear todays journey. He has gone before you to prepare the way. All you have to do is walk in it.

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? (Psalms 118:6 NKJV)

Let no worry or fear beset you. Scripture tells us: What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31 ESV).

It does not matter who tries to come against you. Remember that God has your back. It does not matter what evil plot or snare that the enemy attempts to succeed at, remember also that God has your back.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND WHO YOU BELONG TO!!!

Psalms 121(ESV)

I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

Along This Journey of Ours

Like an onion that is peeled away in layers, God heals, restores, builds up, comfort, grows and strengthens His children as we draw nearer to Him. May our days be well spent as we make time in our hearts and lives putting our Lord first and foremost before any person or tasks this world places before us as we seek His face, His presence and guidance.

I received an early morning text from a relative who has been on my heart for weeks now followed up by some uplifting music that lifted up my very soul as I was getting ready for church this morning. I even tweeted a scripture that was favorited instantly by a fellow blogger who lifts my spirits with such encouragement that the Holy Spirit inspires her to write. Everything was unfolding so beautifully and in such a loving and delicate way that I could not help but tear up and tell the Lord “Thank you.” My heart rejoiced and danced within me. I could not wait to get to church from that point!

What can I say but To God be the glory!

It’s been about a month since I last wrote a post now that I really think about it. Go figure.

While I do not get caught up in stats and such, my thoughts, actions and words are challenged to focus on the Lord and where He leads me. Every day living brings forth good and not so good days. Even some storms mentally and physically will meet us unexpectedly. We never know one minute to the next.

My heart has not left this blog, my fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord as well as those seeking Truth. You have been in my prayers and I trust in the Lord to always supply for you what you need from Him through whatever sources He sends your way.

Today was another breakthrough as the passing days have gone by.

We cannot or should not lean on our own timing of when the Lord should show up and make things happen in our lives. Well we can do it if we choose to but I rather see God’s hand at work to give Him all the glory. I rather see how wonderful the rainbow is at the end of the storm because I know it was no one but The Almighty Himself Who brought me through. This is just my opinion. We all have our own journey and testimonies to think on, live through and come out of with the grace of God that upheld us when we know we could not have done it by ourselves.

People change, seasons change, circumstances change but God never does. He’s the same today, yesterday, tomorrow and forevermore. He cannot go back on His word for His word is truth.

With this said, I encourage you all to keep pressing forward no matter what comes your way. God is our present help, our source of strength, our refuge, our Solid Rock and foundation to draw from. Look up and remember from where your help comes from.

God bless you richly as you continue on this journey called LIFE.

He is always within our reach if we want to live life to the fullest in love, peace and prosperity in Him.

“And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29 :13 NKJV)

Psalm & Worship Song for Encouragement

I will lift up my eyes to the hills From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore. (Psalm 121:1-8 NKJV)

Signing Up For Kingdom Work Requires Selflessness

Now this is just a LIE disguised in a pretty Unique word sugarcoated by the enemy until you read the fine print! ( above picture )

“Just because you are unique does not mean you are useful” (LIES LIES LIES of the deceiver!)

If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. (2 Timothy 2:21 NLT)

God can take anything and any person regardless of what society says or thinks and use it for good. If you are feeling worthless, undeserving, crippled, bound by sin as well as any other thought that may apply to your life as you see it or the above pic of not being perfect or at least equipped to be used by Him, I am telling you right now to REBUKE that lie and to speak truth into yourself.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD. (Isaiah 55:8 AMP)

Jesus did not die in vain. He did not die AFTER you came into a position to meet him once you have “gotten your life together” enough to be before his presence. We will never have it together enough in this life.

He will meet you right where you are. Broken, shattered, lost in darkness, and full of sin. Come out from hiding behind your reasons and excuses of why you are not worthy, why you are not ready and your why why why list of reasons for not stepping out and doing what the Lord has called you to do.

He will equip you in every way no matter how you view circumstances with the natural eye. Trust Him. If you say you love him and trust him enough with your eternal salvation to live in heaven versus hell then why not trust him enough to lead you to do Kingdom work?

Our God is in the business of refining, repairing and restoring.

Our life is not our own. We have been bought with a price. We are not to be lazy or passive and just sit around waiting for Christ to come back and get us, we are not to just live this human life as we do with no greater purpose.

Take the spiritual gifts that you have been given by the Lord and use them. Lives are awaiting to receive the Savior, to receive a word of encouragement, to be blessed with a helping hand with your time and talents. Whatever you have been called to do, do it with love and selflessness and may it be done unto the Lord with joy and a humble heart.

The Great Commission

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.(Matt.28:18-20 NKJV)

God bless you all at you take the courage to step outside yourself and your limitations for they are only of human thoughts of how change will manifest. The Lord will not lead you into the unknown without preparing you. He will send people into your life as well as the Holy Spirit to aid and comfort you.

In Christ I exhort you….

The Butterfly Effect

Good day to you!

I pray that all is well with you and that your mindset is in a place of renewing. I want to start off by saying that I am again so thankful that I have been provided with an outlet to express myself and hopefully someone will be touched. My goal is to be obedient to the Lord and follow his rules for my life. Yes, I will slip and fall at times, but the key is to repent wholeheartedly and move forward. I will not allow the things that I allowed to cause me to stumble to hold me back. I say that I caused myself to stumble, because it is a choice that I made out of weakness. For it is by the Lord that I can overcome with his help and not on my own. I will fail each and every time if I try to do anything on my own.

Eph 4:23-24 Amp version tells us ” And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [ having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude ] , and put on the new nature ( the regenerate self ) created in God’s image [ Godlike ] in true righteousness and holiness.

A short while ago I had posted a Facebook message about a dream I had about the most beautiful butterfly I had ever laid my eyes on. I’m not sure how many people read it but inspite of that, I just had to share my happiness. I have a love for butterflies and it’s just something about them that brings me joy! I have seen various colors and types, but this one I seen was one I had never laid my eyes on but it just has this special something about it that shined so brightly within my heart. I can say that I recognized the color palette from my childhood. It’s something I really can’t describe it. I can only say that over time looking back in the last 6 months or so through trials and tribulations in my life, that I see now that God had to allow me to go through some hardships to transform me. I am clay in His hands and the closer I have  drawn myself to Him when I have felt emotionally abandoned, the more He shows me. I think this is where the butterfly effect has been coming in to play. Metamorphosis…. this is the best way to describe it. It’s not an easy process from the beginning nor is it pretty depending on how you look at it,but in the end this beautiful, amazing being spreads it’s wings and fly.

I know I have a calling on my life and as hard headed as I can be, it’s time to stop fighting. I want what He has for me but I want the easy route. Who doesn’t? But how can you actual testify to something if you don’t go through the fire? I am assured through prayer and submitting my case before Him that I will come out on top for his glory. Nothing goes unnoticed by Him and he wants the best for his children. Transformation is taking place within me. I am being renewed and restored. My faith and hope is placed in Him. God works  on his watch. No mine, not yours. Through this, I am being strengthened and my patience is being challenged as to how I respond to people and situations. This is my passion with a purpose. I want to be everything He has called and predestined me to be. I want all the blessings. I don’t want to miss out. Through this I know that I will lose many things. Dying to myself daily plays a major part. Letting go of anything and anyone that is not edifying must go as well. May I have to courage to go forth and not look back. I am naturally a nurturing person and want to help anyone that I can but it’s a downfall, a weakness if I am not careful. Everyone doesn’t have your best interest at heart and will sneak in like a wolf in sheep’s clothing to try and destroy you. I’ve been burned quite a few times but I realize more and more that I can’t be superwoman and save the day. It’s not my job. I will do my part if that and keep going.  The best I can do is pray. I love ya, but I gotta keep going for my journey has not ended and too many pit stops can potentially hold me up. This girl has things to do!

Be blessed and may the Lord’s hand rest upon you.
