Restore Me Dear Lord in Your Presence

He must increase, but I must decrease.” (John 3:30 ESV)

In His presence is where I want to be. It’s where I need to be. I pray this for you as well dear brothers and sisters in Christ. I speak this word out to the nations. I speak this word out to those seeking truth and comfort for you will find it all in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.

“Heavenly Father let us come before you with an open heart and mind ready to receive all that You have for us. May we triumph any obstacles we face this day. Your Word is our anchor and foundation for life. Let us become still and quiet as we are before You. Strengthen us this new day. Guide our lips to speak edifying things for truly this is something this world needs. As Your humble vessels, may we DECREASE so that You may INCREASE in our lives. Renew, restore and revive us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen”

I encourage you this day to spend some time with The Lord. You never know what He has to share with you. I may be life changing. Someone needs a word of encouragement, someone needs some wise counsel, there’s a broken heart, an angry soul ready to throw in the towel. But God has a word! He has a word that is meant to raise up and transform! Praise Him, Hallelujah!!

If its not for you, it’s meant to be shared with another! Let us not grow weary in well doing. Let us not just become comfortable in the blessings that the Father has given us. Let us look to the needs of others.

In His presence, we are gifted beyond measure. His words are priceless. Nothing can compare. How mighty is He! Sow the seeds that will reap bountifully in due time Allow The Gardener to water the soil and then wait for the harvest. Be blessed one and all!

Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all. (II Thessalonians 3:16 NKJV)

  1. There you are, dear friend! I was so happy to see a post from you!! I have missed you. And how timely is this word that you have shared.

Thank you, Lord, for speaking to and through Terra! Thank you for her obedience and willingness to share. We thank you, God! Help us to come and be with you so that we may be fed from your table. We are hungry and thirsty for YOU! And help us to share what you give us with others…Everywhere we turn we see people in need of you. Help us, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

    • I’m here dear sister! It’s been a little bit since I last posted. My face filled up with smiles as I read your message. You’ve been missed as well! God is so good. I can only trust in Him when my heart is compelled to speak forth on whatever the word may be. Time is precious and valuable when we do things in obedience.

All I can say is Amen to your added prayer! Stir up the fire within us, Lord Jesus!

  2. Thank you, Terra, as always, for your encouraging, comforting words. I plan on spending quality time today with Jesus. Marie has gone to her sister’s to house sit so I can be alone with the Father. Thank you. And may God richly bless youl

    • You are welcome, Steven. It is always a blessing and a time of encouragement when I hear from you. What a supportive brother in The Lord you are to me! Glad to hear about you spending time with our sweet Jesus. I pray that Marie enjoys house sitting as she too has the opportunity to spend time with The Lord alone. God bless you richly as well and may we always lift Him up!

  3. When I am not in God’s presence, my life feels out of sync. It may happen in a moment in which I think or say something that is not Christian-like, and it’s like a lose a surge of power. I seek Him daily because it’s the only way I feel connected. Sandy

    • You have added such an essence to the message. Thank you for that word of truth and encouragement. I have been in your shoes and know exactly how that loss of power feels in The Lord. Being redirected is the best for us. Thank You Holy Spirit for the conviction at such times. Blessings to you, Sandy in the name of our Lord Jesus.

  6. Prayer is the key, isn’t Terra?! It gives us the peace and guidance we need while opening our eyes to the needs of those around us. As always, thankful for your encouraging words that remind me to have a servants heart, always looking for someone in need of our Savior.

      • You are so welcome…I’m new to blogging but it seems much safer than Facebook less visuals and such..thank you for being obedient to the call to do the work of God

      • Welcome to the blogging world. I pray that you enjoy this new experience and meet many along the way that will help, embrace and pray with you along your journey. God is faithful. Stepping out in obedience to the call has blessed me more than I could ever imagine. God has a plan for everything. May we trust Him even when we can’t see the outcome. I started out on Facebook writing inspirational messages and here I am. Never seen it coming! 🙂 God bless you, keep you, encourage and equip you on this path as you glorify His name as you share and edify the Body of Christ and all those seeking His truths.

      • Thank you, the same thing is happening with me I just pray I’m obedient to what he will have me do. Spiritually blogging is better no distractions, I never realized I’d blog and have Facebook be used as a tool…please keep me in prayer so The Lord will keep me and use me..

      • You’re welcome. I surely will say a prayer for you now. God will not call us to something that He will not equip us to do. TRUST Him. Lean not to your own understanding or try to do things in your own way or timing. Allow Him to be your guide; your GPS. I am a living testimony. I am simply amazed. You may never know who will be blessed by your obedience if you don’t follow through. Take hope and be courageous! You can all things in Christ Jesus who strengthens you!
