Come Lord Jesus!

*I am reposting this from my other blog site Wellspring At His Feet . Enjoy and be blessed.

Come Lord Jesus for we are in desperate need of a Savior. We are in need of direction that is holy and righteous. With You as our Great Shepard our lives will be filled in the fullness of Your presence and with an abundance of teachings, love, knowledge and wisdom. Patience, humbleness, kindness, mercy are ours to gain when we come sit before You.

Sheep needing Shepard

Sheep looking for their Shepard

Teach us how to love one another with sincerity, to treat one another with respect and not with judgement of our words and actions. Who are we to judge? Who are we to cast stones without first looking at the speck in our own eye?

My Lord, these words You have spoken have fallen onto fertile ground before so I pray it does again:

“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. (Matthew 7:1-5 NKJV)

There is never a time that will pass upon this earth that we will not hear of heinous crimes and activity, idolatry, sexual immorality, evil corruption, and even disastrous weather events.

Those who deny Father God deny You, Jesus, for nothing we ask of/for can be made possible without Your intercession on our behalf. They call upon this “heavenly and sovereign source” above crying and pleading for help when fear and sorrow meets them at their door.

“God help us! Save us! Why would you allow such terrible things to take place?” These are pleads, cries and questions that want comfort and healing but all things will not be understood or answered. Since the fall of man this world is a sinful playground to all who will partake of it.

I pray that this nation, all nations wake up and realize that we cannot call upon a “part-time, as needed God” Who beckons at our every whim. We need You! Our lives are nothing without You in it.

Many innocent lives are taken each day because evil resides. Hearts and minds are flooded with great sorrow as loved ones leave this world in some form.

We need to have respect for all mankind, empathy and understanding for the broken in spirit. We need LOVE.

Sin permeates the grounds we walk upon and saturates the mind, body and soul of the wicked BUT……..

O’ praise the One Who paid our debt, shed His blood and died for us that we would be pardoned and set free! King Jesus! King Jesus! King Jesus!

No longer are we who are saved by salvation bound by sin! We are free! No longer are we condemned by our past sins. Mercy and grace have clothed us. How gracious and selfless! It was LOVE that made a way. It was LOVE that opened our eyes and ears!

Thank You Christ Jesus!

Dear people of the world reading this open letter right now, I speak to you out of love and concern in urgency that we wake up. Let us wake up and take heed to The Word of God. In a time of uncertainty it’s time to draw near to The Lord. It’s time to call upon the Great Name that’s above every name and asked to be reconciled back to Him before we leave this earth or before His return.

We know not the day or hour of His coming or that of when our time expires. We are not God nor should we attempt to play God. He is the giver and taker of life. Lack of wisdom, truth and respect continues to destroy us as a people.

A lack of Jesus in our lives leaves us in an utter state of destruction. This is a spiritual battle we are up against. Only God can lead us to victory.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 NKJV)

Children of God, put on your armor. (read Ephesians 6:10-18) For those who have yet to become believers and followers, seek The Lord while He may be found. Repent and receive salvation today and when you do so with a contrite heart the angels in heaven will rejoice! Your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ will rejoice with you!

So let us come before The Lord with a humble and open heart to receive all that we can. He is our portion, our Daily Bread and our Fountain of Life.

Come…….

Let the Word go deep down covering you in the truth of God’s holy word. Allow it to manifest in your heart that it may radiate and affect those you encounter.

The River of Life

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

The Time is Near

Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place. “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things. Then he said to me, “See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”

Jesus Testifies to the Churches

“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

A Warning

For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I Am Coming Quickly

He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

(Revelation 22:1-21 NKJV)
