Honestly…we will not always know what life will bring or where it will take us. But rest assured, we are safe when following the guidance of the Lord. Our safety will not necessarily come packaged the way we think.
Do you trust Him enough to walk into the unknown, to move into areas you are not familiar with?
However it may come and whatever it may be we can move in strength. His strength.
Over the past couple months I have found myself moving for Him, stopping for Him, loving for Him and being alone with Him. I want to bring Him glory and honor. I want to be all that I am called to be in this life. I know that I won’t always get it right or do it right the first time but I push myself to go the distance however long it may take.
Dear loves remember that every road taken will not be easy. You may even find yourself facing obstacles and roadblocks. You even may find yourself hurt emotionally and physically along the way.
Believe me. I know all too well.
As children of the Lord, we will suffer because He suffered. Following Him comes with a cost but remember that the reward outweighs it all. In the end our treasures will be greater than what we can ever imagine.
Will you still go? Will you stop when the going gets tough?
Sometimes we will be taken out of our comfort zones. Expect it. You can’t grow doing the exact same thing or stay in the exact same place expecting bigger and better results. Do take note that the small results are just as important if not more important.
Faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains. Obedience stretches us while teaching us some very valuable lessons. So whether it’s a lesson for us personally or a blessing for another to gain, God gets the glory from it all.
Our Lord will sustain you on your journey. He will not leave you without His strength for the road ahead.
Just take a deep breath, exhale and keep going.
The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds’ feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]! (Habakkuk 3:19 AMP)
